There a numerous ways to get hold of me, but for immediate connection, I suggest by cell phone, or text. For email, I check daily, and respond once I have read your communication. Email response by definition is slightly slower.
I love to chat so I can get to know the dogs individual needs, and owners requirements, and ensure your dog/s meet the 'stay' criteria. I can also meet and greet clients, home, beach or trails, to reassure them their dogs are in a safe environment and in extremely capable hands.

Pooch-Kim's provides a day care and boarding service for house trained, socialized, non-aggressive, neutered or spayed adult dogs. (read no intact dogs no puppies policy by clicking the button above). We operate an 'open home' service, where dogs are in contact with each other during their stay. We have a fully enclosed back yard, and walk the dogs daily on the beach or in local trails. We need to know whether the dog can run off leash, or needs to be leashed. We need to know the dog is responsive to call back.
I also require clients to sign a waiver for insurance coverage purposes. That waiver needs to be signed to enable confirmation of the booking. I will require an email address to send the waiver as a fillable e-signature form, which must be received before booking confirmation.
A condition of booking is that you provide a verifiable address, and contact number, at the time of booking. We must be able to communicate with our clients at all times. We will also require vet information for local bookings (please also read the waiver document in this regard)
A minimum of 7 days notice is required for bookings except emergency placements.
